A glass capillary tube is held vertical and put into contact with the surface of water in a tank. It was observed that the liquid rises to the top of the tube before settling to an equilibrium height `h_(0)` in the tube. Assume that water perfectly wets glass and viscosity is small. Is the length of the capillary tube larger then `2h_(0)`?
