एक पहिया विरामावस्था से 2.0 रेडियन/`("सेकण्ड")^(2)` के कोणीय त्वरण से घूर्णन गति प्रारम्भ करता है। 6 सेकण्ड पश्चात् पहिये की कोणीय वेग, कोणीय विस्थापन तथा लगाये गये चक्करों की संख्या ज्ञात कीजिये।

t=6 सेकण्ड
कोणीय वेग `omega=omega_(0)+alphat`
`=0+2(6)=12` रेडियन /सेकण्ड
कोणीय विस्थापन `theta=(omega)_(0)t+1/2alphat^(2)`
`=0+1/2(2)(6)^(2)=36` रेडियन
चक्करों को संख्या n=`(theta)/(2pi)=(36)/(2pi)=5.73=6` चक्कर
