Induction training: Induction training refers to the introductory training programme to introduce the selected employees to other employees and familiarise him/her with rules and policies of the orgtanisation. It is a type of training given to help a new employee in settling in settling down quickly into the job. The duration of such type of training may be a few hours or a few days.
