The organisational objectives of management refer to the main objectives required to fulfill the economic goals of any business organisation. The chief aim of management is to utilize the human and material resources in such a manner as should give maximum advantage to the organization.
Social Objectives: It refers to the consideration of the interest of the society during managerial activities. Thus, social objectives are defined as the fulfillment of responsibility of an organisation towards society. Under this objective the manager promises to assure health, safety and price control.
