The current in the circuit is `I = (12//12) = 1A.`
Potential across d and C is `12 V -3 xx1V = 9V`
Capacitance across d and e is `C = (1xx2)/(1+2) = (2)/(3)muF`
Therefore, charge on either capacitor is `(2)/(3)xx9 = 6muC.`
