Best answer
Here, `A = 5^(@), mu_(r ) = 1.641, mu_(b) = 1.659`
Angular dispersion ` = mu_(b) - mu_( r)A`
`= (1.659 - 1.641) xx 5^(@)`
`= 0.09^(@)`
