Best answer
The resistance of first case,
`R_(1)= (V_(1))/(I_(1))= (50V)/(2xx10^(-3)A)= 25,000 Omega`
The resistance of second case, `R_(2)=(V_(2))/(I_(2))=(60V)/(3xx10^(-3)) = 20,000 Omega`
As resistance changes with current, so the given conductor is nohn-ohmic.
