Best answer
`mu_(NH_(4)OH)^(prop) = mu_(NH_(4)CI)^(prop) +mu_(NaOH)^(prop) - mu_(NaCI)^(prop)`
`= 129.8 +248.1 - 126.4`
`mu_(NH_(4)OH)^(prop) = 251.5 ohm^(-1) cm^(2) mol^(-1)`
