Best answer
Correct Answer - B
`PH_(3)` is less basic than `NH_(3)` due to lesser availability of lone pair of electrons. The lone pair of electron is present in sephercial s-orbital as compared to directional `sp^(3)` hybrid orbital in `NH_(3)`.
