Correct option  (a) L-shaped

Explanation :

Kim et al, (1973) suggested L shaped model of tRNA by X-ray diffraction while studying phenyl alanine tRNA of yeast. L shape structure of  tRNA is a 3-dimentional (3D) structure of 20 Å thickness.
