`a:b:c`
mean proportion
`b^(2)=a xxc`
`x^(2)=(3+sqrt(2))xx(12- sqrt(32))`
`= (3 + sqrt(2))xx(12 - 4 sqrt(2))=28`
`x = sqrt(28) = 2 sqrt(7)`
