NAND गेट के दोनों निवेशी आपस में संयोजित अत: सत्य सारणी निम्नानुसार होगी-

यह सत्य सारणी NOT गेट की सत्य सारणी के समान है। अत: यह परिपथ NOT गेट की भाँति व्यवहार करेगा
