`CH_(3)CHClCH_(2)CH_(3)` is more easily hydrolysed. Actually, in aqueous medium (polar in nature) hydrolysis fllows `S_(N^(1))` mechanism towards which secondary alkyl halide is more reactive as compared to primary alkyl halide.
