Correct Answer - B
Buffer of the blood is sodium bicarbonate which polay an important role in `cO_(2)` tansprot during `CO_(2)` tansprotation , carbonic acid dissociated in to `H^(2)` and `HCO_(3)^(-)` (bicarbonate ions) .This bicarbonate combines with sodium forming sodium bicarbonate .Thus concentration of crbonic acid does not increase in blood due to the presence of souium and thus blood does not become acidic .About `70^(@)` of `CO_(2)` released during cellular respiration is tranported by blood in the form of sodium bicarbonate in plasma.
