`tan theta = (a)/(g) implies tantheta = 0.2`
`0.2=(x)/(1)`
`x=0.2`
mass spill out `=Vrho`
mass spill out `=Axx1xx1000`
mass spill out `=(1)/(2)xx1xx0.2xx1000kg`
