Best answer
We have,
`[(2x+1,3y),(0,y^(2)-5y)]=[(x+3,y^(2)+2),(0,-6)]`
`implies 2x+1=x+3` (1)
`3y=y^(2)+2` (2)
`y^(2)-5y=-6` (3)
`implies x=2` [From Eq. (1)]
`y=1` or `2` [From Eq. (2)]
`y=2` or `3` [From Eq. (3)]
So, `x=2, y=2` (Common Value)
