`rho=1-(6[SigmaD^(2)-(1)/(12)(m^(3)-m)-(1)/(12)(m^(3)-m)...])/(N(N^(2)-1))`
`=1-(6[19.5+(1)/(12)+(2^(3)-2)])/(7(7^(2)-1))`
`=1-(6[19.5+(1)/(12)(6)])/(7xx48)=1-(6(19.5+0.5))/(336)`
`=1-(6xx20)/(336)=1-(120)/(336)=1-0.36=0.64`
