The function converts the argument string to lowercase and uppercase respectively.

> SELECT LCASE ('COMPUTER Science') computer science

> SELECT UCASE ('COMPUTER Science') COMPUTER SCIENCE

Note : LOWER ( ) and UPPER ( ) also do the same job.
