Correct option  (d) A and R are false

Explanation:

Increase in pressure favours melting of ice into water because at higher pressure melting point of ice is lowered. 

According to Le-Chatelier's principle, if pressure is increased the equilibriurm will shift in direction which produces smaller number of moles.
