Correct option  (c) y= 4(x + 4) 

Explanation:

Directrix = x + 5 = 0

Focus is (–3, 0) ⇒ 2a = (-5 + 3) = 2⇒ a = 1

Therefore, equation is (y - 0)2 = 4(x + 4) .
