Correct Answer - Option 3 : 7200

Given:

Earning of Naresh is 120% of Raghu's earning

Raghu's earning is 75% of Radha's earning

Radha spends 4/5th part of her earning

Radha saves Rs. 1600 every month

Formula used:

Percentage (%) = (part number/whole number) × 100

Calculation:

Let the earning of Radha be Rs. x

Savings = Earning - Expenditure

Savings of Radha = x - 4/5x = x/5

According to the question,

x/5 = 1600

⇒ x = Rs. 8000

Now,

Raghu earns 75% of Radha's earning

Earning of Raghu = (75/100) × 8000

⇒ Earning of Raghu = Rs. 6000

Naresh earns 120% of Raghu's earning

Earning of Naresh = (120/100) × 6000

⇒ Earning of Raghu = Rs. 7200

Earning of Raghu is Rs. 7200
