Correct Answer - Option 4 : Quantity I > Quantity II

Calculation:

Quantity l 

⇒ (11 + 8 + M)/3 ≥ 15

⇒ 19 + M ≥ 45

⇒ M ≥ 26

⇒ M = 27 or 33

Quantity ll

⇒ (1/3) of M,     (which is always less than Quantity l)

⇒ Hence, Quantity l > Quantity ll

∴ The required result will be "Quantity I > Quantity II"
