Correct Answer - Option 2 : Revolution of the earth round the sun

Concept:

Earth revolves around the sun.

This fact forces us to think of a force that provides necessary centripetal acceleration to drive the revolutionary motion.

This necessary force is provided by the force of attraction (gravitational) between earth and sun.

Due to this gravitational attraction between this celestial bodies, centripetal force is generated which binds the solar system together.

Hence revolution of earth round the sun is the evidence to show that there must be force acting on earth and directed towards the sun.
