In SQL, Avg, Min, Max, Sum, Count is called as aggregate function. The Aggregate functions return a single value after calculating from a group of values.

  • Avg() : It returns the average values
  • Count() : It finds the number of rows that matches the specified condition
  • Min() : It returns the minimum value
  • Max() : It returns the maximum value
  • Sum() : It returns the sum of values.
