not tetra ammonium zincate (ii) ion

because- There is no negative charge on the co-ordination sphere.

According to IUPAC - when, There is a negative charge on co-ordination sphere, then "ate" suffix is added to metal.

Therefore, IUPAC Name of [Zn(NH₃)₄]²⁺ will be tetraamminezinc (ii) ion.
