1. The elements belong to 2nd period. 

2. The element which is missing is Nitrogen which is placed in between carbon and oxygen. 

3. Carbon shows the property of catenation. 

4. The ascending order of electronegativity for these element is Beryllium < Oxygen < Fluorine. 

5. Fluorine belongs to halogen family.
