Correct Answer - Option 3 :

Both I and II follow.

As genes can be edited by genome editing, people can have desired traits in their baby. Thus, designer babies will be a reality with genome editing. Thus, inference I follows. And as genes can be altered, severed genes or genes that can cause diseases can be removed from the embryo before the actual childbirth. Thus, both inferences I and II follow.
