Correct Answer - Option 1 : Standard deviation

Standard deviation is not a measure of central tendency. A measure of central tendency is a typical value for a probability distribution. It is calculated for the group data or for a probability distribution.

  • Mean is arithmetic data of average set.
  • Median is the middle number  in a data set when numbers are listed in arithmetic or descending order.
  • Mode is the value of observation  which has maximum frequency.

Hence, it can be concluded that standard deviation is not related to measure of central tendency.
