Correct Answer - Option 1 : M+4 to M+7

Concept:

Sleeper density means number of rails per rail length and it is represented by M + x; where M is the rail length and x is any integer that varies from 3 to 7.  For Ex. If the sleeper the density is M + 5, on broad gauge track and length of rail is 13 m then 13 + 5 = 18 sleepers will be used per rail length on that route.

In India, sleeper density varies from M + 3 to M+7.
