Correct Answer - Option 3 : 4

According to given information, we have the possible arrangements as follows:

1). P is shorter than Q but taller than R

Q > P > R

2). S is shorter than P but taller than R

P > S > R

3). T is shorter than Q but taller than P.

4). U is taller than the Q and height of U and V are equal.

U = V > Q > T > P

After combining all the arrangements, we get:

U = V > Q > T > P > S > R

Here, there are total 4 boys that are taller than P, are U, V, Q and T.

Hence, "4" is the correct answer.
