LOGIC: Second number is divisible by by First Number.

1) In 9 : 36 →

36 ÷ 9 = 4

2) In 6 : 18 →

18 ÷ 6 = 3

3) In 4 : 27 →

27 ÷ 4 = 6.75 (Not completely divisible)

4) in 10 : 50 →

50 ÷ 10 = 5

Hence, "4 : 27" is the correct answer.
