Given:

In second year decrease by = 15%

And In third year increased by = 20%

After three years population of the village = 106590

Calculation:

Let initial population of the village = Z

According to question,

Z × (110/100) × (85/100) × (120/100) = 106,590

⇒ Z = 95,000

∴ Initial population the village is 95,000.
