Correct Answer - Option 3 : 51

Concept:

Total number of terms in the expansion of (x ± y) is n + 1.

Calculation:

There are 101 terms in the expansion of (x - y)100, alternately positive and negative.

Half of them (50) will get canceled when added to (x + y)100.

The other half (51) will be combined to give a total of 51 terms.
