Correct Answer - Option 4 : 841

The pattern followed here is shown below:

Here, the square of Prime numbers starting from 11 is continued.

(11)2 = 121

(13)2 = 169

(17)2 = 289

(19)2 = 361

(23)2 = 529

(29)2 = 841

Hence, "841" is the correct answer.

NOTE : Here another sequence is also observed which is of +2 and +4 so the next square term would be 252 = 625, which is also in the options but as this is a previous year paper question, the valid and acceptable answer given by the board is 841, according to the given logic of prime numbers.
