Correct Answer - Option 4 : Neither Assumption I nor II is implicit

Neither assumption 1 nor assumption 2 can be implied from the given statement. It is because nothing about the performance of Make in India campaign can be said using the given statement. Also, we can reject assumption II by looking at "creative programs" as nothing is mentioned about creative programs in the statement.

Hence, option 4 is the correct answer.
