Correct Answer - Option 2 : Shock

Explanation:

  • The severe loss of blood during an accident can result in a hypovolemic shock
  • It is a life-threatening condition that occurs when the body loses about 20% or 1-5th of the blood.
  • Due to the severe blood-loss, the heart fails to pump a sufficient amount of blood to the body
  • Hypovolemic shock can also lead to organ failure.

  • Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia is a condition caused by a very low blood sugar (glucose) level.
  • Sepsis: the extreme response of the body to an infection. Sepsis occurs when an infection that the body is already suffering from, triggers a chain reaction throughout your body.  Without timely treatment, sepsis can rapidly lead to tissue damage, organ failure, and death.
  • Anaphylaxis: It is a severe form of allergic response initiated by the body against venom, food, or medication. It usually occurs by a bee sting or eating allergic foods
