Correct Answer - Option 3 : Priya

Vina is older than Savita but she is younger than Priya.
Priya > Vina > Savita    (i)
Rinki is younger than Priya and Vina
Priya > Vina > Rinki      (ii)

On combining (i) and (ii), we can easily say that Priya is the eldest person.
