Correct Answer - Option 3 : Rs. 92000

Given:

Ratio of property for son, wife and daughter = 6 : 8 : 9

Difference of daughter and son’s worth = Rs. 12000

Calculation:

Let the total property of Ramjilal be ‘23a’

So, the property of son, wife and daughter will be ‘6a’, ‘8a’ and ‘9a’ respectively.

Difference of property of son and daughter = 9a – 6a = 3a

According to the question,

⇒ 3a = Rs. 12000

⇒ a = 4000

Total property of Ramjilal = 23 × 4000 = Rs. 92000

The total worth of Ramjilal is Rs. 92000.
