Better an "oops" than a "what if".

I. It's better to fail rather than not try.

II. If you fall, you will get the experience.

Implicit means suggested or expresses in an indirect way.

Assumption I is implicit as the statement clearly mentions its better to "oops" i.e., to fail rather than "what if" which means to think without even trying.

Assumption II is implicit as if we fail we get experience.

Hence, both assumptions I and II are implicit.
