Correct Answer - Option 1 : 0.5 kHz

Concept:

The resonant frequency of a series RLC circuit is given by,

\({{f}_{r}}=\frac{1}{2\pi \sqrt{LC}}\)

Where fr is the resonant frequency

L is inductance

C is capacitance

Calculation:

Given that L = 100 mH, and C = 1 μF.

Resonant frequency will be:

\({{f}_{r}}=\frac{1}{2\pi \sqrt{100\times {{10}^{-3}}\times {{10}^{-6}}}}\)

fr = 0.5 kHz
