Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 38 : 25
Given:

Let the undergraduate and postgraduate population of the village be 8a and 5a respectively.

⇒ 100 = 5a × 40/100

⇒ a = 50

⇒ The Undergraduate population of the village = 8a = 400

⇒ The Post-graduate population of the village = 5a = 250

⇒ Male population of the village = 780 - 400 = 380

∴ Required difference = 380 : 250 = 38 : 25
