Correct Answer - Option 4 : 138

Given expression is 63 D 7 B (9 A 4) A 24 C (264 D 88)

A B C D
Addition Multiplication Subtraction Division

Replacing A with 'addition', B with 'multiplication', C with 'subtraction', D with 'division' and applying BODMAS Rule,

63 ÷ 7 × (9 + 4) + 24 - (264 ÷ 88)

= 63 ÷ 7 × 13 + 24 - 3

= 9 × 13 + 24 - 3

= 117 + 24 - 3

= 141 - 3

= 138

Hence, 138 is the correct answer.
