Correct Answer - Option 3 : 20 m

Given:

Area of trapezium = 350 m2

Two parallel side are 25 m and 10 m

Formula used:

Area of trapezium = (1/2) × (Sum of Parallel sides) × (Distance between Parallel sides)

Calculation:

Let d is the distance between 2 parallel sides

Area of trapezium = (1/2) × (Sum of Parallel sides) × (Distance between Parallel sides)

⇒ 350 = (1/2) × (25 + 10) × d

⇒ 700 = 35 × d

⇒ d = 20 m

∴ Distance between two parallel sides is 20 m.
