Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only II

The logic follows here is:

Clearly, a policy to select deserving candidates through competitive examinations cannot be abolished just because of the expenditure it entails. So, Argument 1 is a weak argument.

Further, the students who passed out from the different universities are assessed on different patterns and there can be partiality also and hence a common entrance test is needed which would put the candidates to uniform tests and assessments.

So, Argument 2 is a strong argument.

Hence, the correct answer is "Option 2".

  1. The agreement which is the reconstruing part of the statement is a strong agreement.
  2. The argument should not be imagined.
  3. The relationship of the agreement should be direct from the statement.
  4. The argument should be simple and clear.
  5. The agreement should be based on scientific facts.
  6. The statement in the argument should receive a logical answer.
