Correct Answer - Option 3 : Both University A and University B

The number of girls enrolled in University A in the year 2015 = 15000

The number of girls enrolled in University A in the year 2019 = 25000

The difference between the number of girls enrolled in the year 2019 and 2015 in the University A = 25000 - 15000

⇒ 10000

The number of girls enrolled in University B in the year 2015 = 10000

The number of girls enrolled in University B in the year 2019 = 20000

The difference between the number of girls enrolled in the year 2019 and 2015 in the University B = 20000 - 10000

⇒ 10000

The number of girls enrolled in University C in the year 2015 = 5000

The number of girls enrolled in University C in the year 2019 = 22500

The difference between the number of girls enrolled in the year 2019 and 2015 in the University B = 22500 - 5000

⇒ 17500

From the above observation,

University A and B both are having the minimum difference

∴ The minimum difference  both University A and University B
