Correct Answer - Option 1 : 10 cm

Let the length be L and width be B.

The width of a rectangle is 10 cm less than its length i.e.

B = L - 10

As we know,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L + B)

⇒ 60 = 2 ( L + L - 10)

⇒ 30 = ( 2L - 10 )

⇒ L = 20

∴ Width = 20 - 10 = 10 cm
