Correct Answer - Option 3 : 31000.

Concept:

Logarithms: 

If ax = y, then we say that logay = x.

Powers: 

(ax)y = axy.

Calculation:

Using the definition of logarithms:

log3x = 10

⇒ x = 310.

And, logx y = 100

⇒ y = x100 

= (310)100 

= 310×100 

= 31000.
