Given statements: P ≥ Q = R ≥ N < S

Conclusions: 

I) S > Q → False (as Q = R ≥ N < S → relation between S and Q cannot be determined)

II) P ≥ N → True (as P ≥ Q = R ≥ N ≥ N)

Hence, Only conclusion II follows.
