What are the differences between the fundamental rights and fundamental duties?

1) Fundamental rights : 

a) Fundamental rights are definite. 

b) No one can deprive us of these rights. 

c) Even Government cannot ignore them.

d) These rights are safeguarded through court of law. 

2) Fundamental duties : 

a) No one can force us to abide to them. 

b) The discharge of fundamental duties is left to our discretion. 

c) No court can force us to discharge these duties.
