Correct Answer - Option 4 : 30 : 35 : 9

Given:

(i) Time period ratio of Kira : Kitty : Kiki = 2 : 3 : 5 (t1 : t2 : t3)

(ii) Profit of Kira : Kitty : Kiki = 4 : 7 : 3 (p1 : p2 : p3)

Formula used:

(i) Investment ratio = p1/t1 : p2/t2 : p3/t3

Calculations:

⇒ Time period ratio of Kira : Kitty : Kiki = 2 : 3 : 5 (t1 : t2 : t3)

⇒ Profit of Kira : Kitty : Kiki = 4 : 7 : 3 (p1 : p2 : p3)

Required ratio :

Investment ratio = p1/t1 : p2/t2 : p3/t3

= 4/2 : 7/3 : 3/5

= 2 : 7/3 : 3/5

= 30 : 35 : 9.
